These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the tat4d platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing tat4d, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on tat4d, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. tat4d reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances where a breach of this policy is detected.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and Indonesian mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify tat4d promptly of any changes via the account settings or support channels.
tat4d will conduct identity verification at the time of your first withdrawal request. You will be required to provide a legible copy of a valid Indonesian government-issued identity document (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk) and, where applicable, proof of ownership of your nominated payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification to tat4d's satisfaction will result in withdrawal processing being withheld until verification is complete.
Registration of an account does not guarantee approval for use of all Platform features. tat4d reserves the right to decline, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons, where it reasonably determines that doing so is in the best interests of regulatory compliance, Platform integrity, or the safety of other users.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tat4d account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
All activity conducted through your tat4d account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawal requests submitted — is deemed to have been conducted by you. tat4d shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact tat4d support immediately via live chat. tat4d will investigate and, where appropriate, place an emergency hold on your account to prevent further unauthorized activity.
tat4d will never ask you to disclose your full password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication purportedly from tat4d requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to tat4d support immediately.
tat4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP (bank transfers), and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallets). All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). tat4d does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or via cryptocurrency.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 for bank transfer methods and Rp 20.000 for e-wallet methods. tat4d reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
You may only deposit funds from a payment account or method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be returned, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
Deposits are credited to your tat4d wallet within seconds of confirmed payment. tat4d does not charge processing fees on deposits. Any fees applied by your bank or e-wallet provider are the responsibility of the Player.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 for all payment methods. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
All withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC) as described in Clause 3.3. tat4d reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above a certain value threshold, as determined by tat4d's internal compliance procedures.
Withdrawal requests to Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP) are processed within 15 to 60 minutes during standard operating hours, subject to KYC clearance. Withdrawals to e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are typically processed in under 15 minutes. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment account used for deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, tat4d may require additional verification before processing the withdrawal to a different account.
Where a Player holds active Bonus Funds with outstanding wagering requirements, Real Money Funds may be withdrawn at any time. However, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon withdrawal of the associated Real Money balance, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
All bonuses and promotions offered by tat4d are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds (for sportsbook bonuses), expiry periods, and maximum bet limits while Bonus Funds are active. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games typically contribute 10–20%, and sportsbook bets at minimum odds of 1.50 typically contribute 100%. Each promotional offer is available once per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise. tat4d reserves the right to decline a bonus claim or revoke a bonus where it reasonably determines that a Player is attempting to exploit promotional offers in bad faith, including through multi-accounting, coordinated play, or any form of bonus abuse.
While Bonus Funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per game event is Rp 200.000 (or the equivalent in game currency). Bets exceeding this limit while Bonus Funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the Bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
Bonus Funds and associated free spins expire within 30 calendar days of being credited to a Player's account unless a different expiry period is specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses are removed from the account automatically and cannot be reinstated.
Each game available on the tat4d platform operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game-specific rules expressly address the point of conflict in a manner that is more specific and not inconsistent with the general intent of these Terms.
All game results and bet settlements are final once confirmed by the Platform system. tat4d will investigate disputes relating to technical malfunctions or errors, but routine results — including losses — are not subject to reversal. Where a technical error is confirmed, tat4d reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to Players' wallets.
All sportsbook wagers, including mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets and single-event wagers, are governed by the tat4d sportsbook rules published on the Sportsbook page. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be refused at tat4d's discretion where the outcome is considered no longer genuinely in doubt.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game type and per event, as displayed within the relevant game or betting market. tat4d reserves the right to impose reduced limits on individual accounts where it determines that a Player's betting patterns present an unacceptable risk to Platform integrity.

tat4d will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties except where required by law, necessary to process your payment transactions, or necessary to provide the Platform services. tat4d implements industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption and access controls to protect your personal data.
tat4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, tat4d will notify registered Players via the email address on file and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform homepage prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you should cease using the Platform and may request account closure via tat4d support.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which the tat4d platform operates. To the extent that any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under the laws of the jurisdiction in which a Player resides, that provision shall be severed and the remainder of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

Any disputes arising between a Player and tat4d that cannot be resolved through tat4d's standard support and complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause limits a Player's right to seek emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
